Amending your registration

Please note that your registration might be amended at any time with your e-mail and password (these information will be provided by e-mail with the registration confirmation).

The Congress fee includes

•   Participation in all lectures (excluding refresher courses) and access to the exhibition area

•   Congress bag including programme booklet and a memory stick with book of abstracts and extended abstracts

•   Admission to the reception on Monday and to the art exhibition

•   Coffee in the exhibition area during the breaks

The accompanying person’s fee includes

•   Welcome reception on Monday evening

•   Admission to the art exhibition

•   Coffee in the exhibition area during the breaks

Registered accompanying persons are welcome to attend the Congress dinner and other events at the same rates as Congress participants. The pre-registration desk will be opened on Sunday, June 22, 2014 from 14h00 to 18h00. A printed version of the abstract book will be available on order during the online registration process for CHF 25.00.

Currency and methods of payment

Payments should be made in Swiss Francs (CHF) either by bank transfers against invoice or by credit card (only VISA, MasterCard or American Express are accepted). No cheque payments are accepted.

Cancellation of registration

Cancellations will be accepted until May 31, 2014. The full amount will be refunded less CHF 100.00 to cover cancellation costs. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail, fax or airmail to the Congress Secretariat. Reimbursement will not be given for late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the Congress.  Cancellation insurance is offered on the Congress website upon registration.

Liability

Registered Congress participants and exhibitors agree that neither the organising committee nor the Congress ecretariat are liable or assume any responsibility for damage or injuries to persons or property during the Congress. Participants and exhibitors are advised to organise their own health, travel and personal insurances.

Disclaimer

All best endeavours will be made to present the programme as printed. However, the Congress hosts and Secretariat reserve the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to the Congress, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The Congress Hosts and Congress Secretariat are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. Delegates are advised to take out their own travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions as the Congress does not cover individuals against cancellation of bookings, theft or damage to belongings.

Data Protection

Your name and address will be published in the full list of participants which is available to all delegates and exhibitors. If you do not wish to have your name included, please opt out on the registration form. We will not share your personal information with any supporters or outside groups. Any pre-congress promotional material you receive will come from us directly, including material from supporting companies.
