If required, assistance will be available for attaching the posters to the presenting boards. Material for attaching the posters will also be made available.

Poster Print Service
We offer the authors the possibility to have their poster printed and available on site from 23 June 2014 (printed on standard quality paper).

Price: CHF 60.00 to be paid at the desk in the Congress Center
There will be no possibility to print the posters on site.
IRPA Oral presentations
Presentations must be in PowerPoint form only (MAC or PC) and saved on an empty USB key.
A “Speaker Preview Room” situated in the congress center.
All speakers must announce themselves to the AV technician in the Speaker Preview room 45 minutes before the scheduled presentation time.
The Chairmen and the speakers have to be present in the Conference room 15 minutes before session.
Timing!
Keynote: 25 min of presentation + 5 min of discussion
Oral presentation: 15 min + 5 min of discussion
