More than 120 hotels or hostels are available ranging from one to five stars. They can be booked when registering for the congress or individually by the participants.
Terms & Conditions
Symporg SA has made reservations for participants in several hotels. Please register for your hotel accommodation as soon as possible. Modifications must be communicated in writing to Symporg SA. Placement will be based on your identified choices compared to room availability.
Please book your hotel no later than Januray 27th, 2014 for the five star hotels and March 27th, 2014 for the four star hotels. After these dates, we cannot guarantee the availability of rooms
Confirmation: In order to guarantee your reservation you are kindly requested to supply us with a valid credit card number. Once a valid credit card number has been supplied, the confirmation letter will be sent to you by e-mail.
5 Stars Hotel: You will have to pre-pay the entire of your stay.
4-3 Stars Hotels: You will have to pre-pay your first night hotel reservation.
Please note that the city taxes will be charged by the hotel at check-out.
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) per night and include 3.8% VAT.
Any cancellation must be made in writing to Symporg SA. As of March 22nd, 2014 (for the five stars hotels) or April 22nd, 2014 (for the four stars hotels), any cancellation for one night or the entire stay will be charged on your credit card.
No-Shows, changes and early departures: Once your reservation has been made, any changes are based on availability. Please note: failure to arrive at the hotel on the scheduled arrival date will be charged with a no-show fee. Based on each hotel’s policy, early departure fees may also be assessed in case of early departure. If these fees occur, they will be charged by the hotel.
Modifications must be communicated in writing to Symporg SA. Reservations will be based on your choices, taking room availability into account. If your choice is not available, Symporg SA will choose an hotel in the same category.
