Guidelines for Extended Papers
Papers selected by the IRPA Scientific Committee will be published in the Congress Abstracts Book.
Authors have the choice:
– to conserve the abstract already submitted in the system
– to upload in a Word format an amendment of the abstract already submitted
– to upload in a Word format extended paper (max 6 pages, Arial 11pt)

- Connect you with your email and your password
- Choose the abstract that needs to be amended and click on “Modify”
- At the end of the page click on the “Upload” button
- Upload your paper
- To finish click on “Proceed”
The deadline for extended paper is on 30 April 2014 with no deadline extension. Without any update from you, we will publish your original abstract in the Congress Abstract Book.
Without your registration paid by 18 March 2014, your abstract presentation will cancelled.

Oral Presentation
The best abstracts as judged by IRPA will be presented as oral presentations in the main auditorium. They will be organized as chaired 20 minutes présentations: 15 minutes slide présentation and 5 minutes discussion.
Poster Presentation
There will be poster boards at this Meeting. Each poster will be displayed during the entire congress, arranged by topic. The scientific committee will be honoring the best poster presentations with the Best Poster Award. The Scientific Committee has decided to re-open the abstract submission.
Publications
Opportunity is offered to post a pdf of the oral presentations and posters on the Congress website after the Congress. Invited contributions and a limited number of submissions will be given the opportunity of having their contribution published in a special issue of Radiation Protection and Dosimetry (RPD). These contributions will be subject to the regular peer review procedure of RPD.
